Dairy products, including cheese, butter, or yogurt, a component of acid compound called trans-palmitoleat. Turnover trans-palmitoleat acid in the body continuously increases the stability of the level of cholesterol in the blood, also keep insulin (blood sugar) remains at healthy levels.

Previous studies did not ever linking milk consumption with decreased levels of type-2 diabetes risk. Instead they were doctors and health experts recommend that diabetic patients are on a diet of fatty dairy products. Though trans-palmitoleat acid found in milk fat.

"There is no biological explanation about that in previous studies. This is the first trans-palmitoleat sour relationship with the risk of diabetes studied," said Dariush Mozaffarian, a researcher from the Harvard School of Public Health in collaboration with a number of other health institutions conduct this research.
Experiments on animals have shown cis-palmitoleat acid - which is a pair of trans-palmitoleat acid - into protective against diabetes, Mozaffarian added as well. Research will be continued to further examine and explore. Now it has a number of national institutions that support its development.
